Terms of Use

This site is operated by SocialBridge, an influencer marketing agency at B/6, Ground Floor, Morya Complex, Mankapur, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440030, and the creator-marketing arm of NoisTech. Both are brands of Technois Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U22219MH2022PTC377760), the company campaign contracts are entered into with and invoices raised by.

"We" and "us" mean Technois Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd., trading as SocialBridge; "you" means anyone using the site. Using it means accepting these terms.

The creator pages show reach, past work and the kind of content each creator makes. They are an introduction, not an offer: nothing on this site is a binding commitment that a particular creator is available, at a particular price, on a particular date.

Follower counts and reach figures come from the platforms themselves and change constantly. We refresh them regularly and give them in good faith, but we cannot warrant that a number is exact at the moment you read it.

Some creators are shown as ones we have worked with rather than ones we represent. Their pages say so. We do not handle their brand deals, and listing them is not a claim that we can commit them to anything.

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation, nothing more. A campaign exists once we have sent a quotation and you have accepted it in writing. That quotation — its deliverables, prices, timelines and payment terms — is what binds both sides, and where it differs from anything on this site, the quotation wins.

Prices are quoted for the deliverables named. Reach, views and engagement depend on the platforms and on the audience; we plan for results and report them honestly, but we do not guarantee numbers unless a quotation says so in those words.

Creators on the roster get a portal login. If you have one:

• keep the password to yourself — anything done from the account is treated as done by you;
• what you upload must be yours to upload, and true;
• tell us if you think someone else has got into the account.

We can suspend an account that is being misused, and we will say why.

The site itself — its design, text, code and the SocialBridge name — is ours. Please do not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

A creator's reels, videos, photographs and handles belong to that creator. We show them here with permission, to introduce their work. Brand names and logos belong to those brands and appear as a record of work done.

Rights to content made for a campaign — how long a brand may use it, where, and whether it may be run as a paid advertisement — are set in the quotation for that campaign, not here.

Each roster creator has an address on our domain, published on their page so brands can reach them. It is there for genuine business enquiries. Using it for bulk mail, marketing lists, automated collection of addresses, or anything unlawful is not permitted, and we block senders who do.

An automatic acknowledgement is sent when mail arrives. It confirms receipt and nothing else — it is not acceptance of any offer or terms contained in the message.

Paid partnerships run through us carry the disclosure the Advertising Standards Council of India requires — a clear, up-front label such as "#ad", "paid partnership" or the platform's own tag. This is not negotiable, whatever a brief asks for. Campaigns for categories India restricts or prohibits are declined.

Please do not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its creator data;
• try to reach the admin panel, the creator portal or anyone else's account;
• interfere with how the site runs, or test its security without asking us first;
• submit anything false, unlawful or someone else's to our forms.

Creator pages link to Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. Those sites are not ours, and their content and privacy practices are their own. We link to them so you can see a creator's work first-hand.

The site is provided as it is. We take care over what is on it, but we do not warrant that it will always be available or entirely free of error. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our liability in connection with any campaign is limited to the fees paid for that campaign — as set out in its quotation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

What we do with personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
