A wedding purchase is nothing like a restaurant visit. Nobody sees a Reel on Tuesday and books a banquet hall on Wednesday. The decision takes months, it is made by a family rather than a person, and by the time anyone calls you they have saved forty Reels and shown them to their mother.
That changes what a creator campaign is for. You are not buying a visit this weekend. You are buying a place in the shortlist that gets discussed in the living room.
What this means in practice
Saves matter more than views. A wedding Reel is saved, sent to a sister, reopened in three months. A creator whose audience saves and shares is worth more here than one with a bigger view count, which is the opposite of how we would pick for a cafe opening.
One Reel is not a campaign. The season runs from roughly November to February, and again around Akshaya Tritiya. A single post in December reaches people who are already too far along. Being present across the run is what gets you onto the list.
The family is the audience, not the bride. Budget approval sits with parents. Content that only speaks to a 24-year-old loses the person signing the cheque.
Show the whole thing, not the product. A jeweller's necklace in a studio shot is a catalogue. The same necklace on a creator at her own cousin's wedding is a recommendation.
