The story
Syed Zeeshan Ali learned the creator business from the inside. In 2015 he started NoisTech, reviewing smartphones, smartwatches and audio from Nagpur long before a creator economy had a name here. The channels that grew out of it — which SocialBridge still runs — have since made more than 2,200 videos, passed 155 million views and featured more than 35 brands, from Apple and Samsung to OnePlus and Noise.
Those years taught him what no agency brief does. What a reel needs in its first two seconds. Why a creator's follower count can look big and still not sell anything. How a brand deal goes wrong — late payments, vague deliverables, a script nobody asked the creator about — and what it costs the creator when it does.
They also taught him that there is content in almost anything — a product, a street corner, a conversation — if you know where to look. Zeeshan can find the video in whatever is in front of him, and he has spent years showing other people how to do the same: a number of today's creators got their start because he turned them into one.
So he moved to the other side of the table. Content is now something Zeeshan makes when the mood strikes — a reel on his own Instagram, or UGC for a brand that asks for it. His day job is Managing Director of Technois Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd., the company behind SocialBridge and NoisTech, where he manages brand deals for the creators SocialBridge represents — pricing, negotiation, contracts, deliverables and making sure they are paid — and works with brands to find the creators whose audience is genuinely their customer.
He took a Diploma in Computer Engineering at Anjuman Polytechnic in Sadar, Nagpur, and is a Full Stack Java Developer who has built a long list of web services. He teaches it too: more than 1,000 students have learned Java with him, and over 200 of them now work at multinational companies. The same background is why SocialBridge runs on its own tools: the creator pages, the rate cards, the campaign reports and the portal creators use to manage their work were all built in-house.
And he does not stand still. Every year Zeeshan picks up one new skill and learns it properly. Away from the desk, it is MMA.
