Creator Agreement

You make the content; SocialBridge closes every brand deal — paid or barter — and talks to brands as Team SB. We never take your logins, and right now we work at a 0% agency fee.

1. What SocialBridge does for you

  • We bring you the work and the money, so you only have to make the content. Briefs, pricing, negotiation, contracts, invoicing and payment recovery are all handled by us.
  • We pitch your profile to brands all over India — not just the ones who find you — so your work gets discovered well beyond your own following.
  • We negotiate as your side of the table. Your rate card floor comes from what you tell us you want to be paid, and we push up from there, never down.
  • Because every deal runs through one team, your relationship with a brand never turns sour over money — chasing payments, refusing lowballs and saying no are our job, not yours.

2. One rule that makes it work: deals close through SocialBridge

  • While SocialBridge manages you, you never close a brand deal yourself — not for money, and not for barter. If a brand offers you products instead of payment, we lock that barter deal for you too.
  • Brands always talk to Team SB. When a brand reaches you directly — DM, WhatsApp, email or in person — you send them our reply template and we take it from there.
  • Every promotion is locked by SocialBridge before it goes up: a story, a post, a reshare or a reel. If it promotes a brand, product or service, the deal behind it goes through us first.
  • If a creator is found running brand promotions on their own while on the roster, they are removed from SocialBridge.

3. What we never ask from you

  • We never take your logins. Your accounts, your passwords and your content stay entirely yours — no agency access, ever.
  • All we ask you to change: add “Managed by @socialbridge.tm.agency” to your bio, and put your generated @socialbridge.agency address as your public/business email.
  • Your content and your creative voice stay yours. We bring the brief; how it sounds is you.

4. Fees

  • Right now SocialBridge works on a 0% agency fee — the rate we lock for you is the rate you're paid. Any creator who wants to try working with us can onboard and see how it works, with nothing deducted.
  • When we introduce a fee later, we'll tell you the number in writing before it applies to any new deal. Deals already locked stay on the terms they were locked at.

5. Leaving

  • Either side can end this with a written message (WhatsApp or email counts). Deals already locked are completed and paid out on their agreed terms.
  • After leaving, you remove the “Managed by” line and stop using the @socialbridge.agency address; we stop pitching your profile and mark your page accordingly.

This agreement is between the creator and Technois Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (the company behind SocialBridge), 3rd Floor, Patel Apartment, Opp. Sonam Beauty Parlour, Mankapur, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440030. Accepting it on the website — on the join form or in the creator portal — counts the same as signing this page.
