Scroll any creator's DMs and you'll find the same graveyard: brand deals that died over money, promotions posted for products that never paid, "we'll transfer it next week" messages from three months ago. The content was never the problem. The business side was.
SocialBridge exists to take that side off the creator's plate entirely. Here is exactly how our management works, what we ask of creators, what we never ask — and why, right now, we do it at a 0% agency fee.
The one rule everything rests on
While SocialBridge manages a creator, every brand deal closes through SocialBridge. Not most deals — every deal. A paid reel, a story, a post, a reshare, even a barter collaboration where the "payment" is the product itself: the deal is locked by us before anything goes up.
Brands always talk to Team SB. When a brand lands in a creator's DMs or WhatsApp, the creator sends one reply — our template, sitting ready in their portal — and from that moment the negotiation is ours.
That rule sounds strict until you see what it buys.
What the creator gets out of it
They only have to make content. Briefs, pricing, negotiation, contracts, invoicing, follow-ups, recovery — all of it is handled by people who do it every day. The creator's job starts at the script and ends at the post.
- The work comes to them. We pitch our creators' profiles to brands all over India, not just the ones who stumble onto their page — so a creator in Nagpur gets discovered by a brand in Bangalore that would never have found them.
- Their terms with brands never turn sour. Saying no to a lowball, chasing an unpaid invoice, refusing a fourth round of changes — those conversations sour relationships. We have them, so the creator and the brand only ever talk about the work.
- No payment tension. The creator doesn't chase money. We invoice, we remind, we recover, and the creator is paid what was locked.
- A floor under every rate. Creators tell us privately what they want to be paid for each deliverable. We negotiate up from there — never down past it.
What we never take
We never take a creator's logins. No passwords, no account access, no posting on their behalf. Their account, their audience and their content stay entirely theirs.
The visible footprint of being managed is exactly two things: a "Managed by @socialbridge.tm.agency" line in the bio, and a generated @socialbridge.agency email address as the public contact. Mail sent to that address reaches us, gets an instant professional reply, and the brand is in a negotiation with an agency instead of a DM thread with a teenager between exams.
The line we hold
Because every deal runs through one team, one thing is non-negotiable: a creator on our roster who quietly runs their own brand promotions on the side is removed from SocialBridge. It's the only rule with a hard consequence, and it protects everyone else on the roster — brands trust our creators precisely because a SocialBridge creator's promotion always has a real, locked deal behind it.
Why 0% right now
Today, SocialBridge works at a 0% agency fee. The rate we lock for a creator is the rate the creator is paid, in full.
We do this deliberately. Management is a trust business, and trust is easier to demonstrate than to advertise — so any creator who wants to see how this works can onboard, run real deals through us, and judge the difference themselves with nothing deducted. When we introduce a fee later, every creator hears the number in writing before it touches any new deal, and deals already locked stay on the terms they were locked at.
For brands, the same rule is a feature
If you're a brand, "deals close through SocialBridge" means something simple: one point of contact for every creator on our roster, standardised rates instead of DM haggling, a locked brief, drafts approved before posting, and one GST invoice from a registered company — Technois Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd. You deal with an agency and get creators; the creators deal with us and get to create.
Where to start
Creators: read the Creator Agreement — it's one page, and everything above is in it — then apply to join the roster. If your audience fits what our brands are after, we'll reach out ourselves.
Brands: tell us what you're launching. We'll come back with a shortlist of creators whose audience is actually your customer, with the reasoning attached.
