Caption cleaner
A caption an AI helped write gives itself away — em dashes, curly quotes, invisible characters, “in today's fast-paced world”, “follow karna mat bhoolna”. Paste yours and get it back clean, with what changed and the lines worth rewriting yourself.
Five local checks modelled on what AI detectors look at — rhythm, specifics, stock phrases, typing marks and voice. They are not GPTZero or Originality, nothing is sent to them, and no tool can honestly promise “undetectable”. The real test is a person scrolling past: this makes your words sound like you.
Scoring adapted from instagram-agent-skill by Jake Schincariol (MIT), extended for Hinglish and Hindi. Runs in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Questions
Why do AI captions get noticed?
+
They share habits: em dashes everywhere, perfectly curly quotes, stock words like 'delve', 'seamless' and 'game-changer', sentences all the same length, and invisible characters that survive copy-paste. People scrolling feel it even when they can't name it.
Will this make my caption undetectable?
+
No tool can honestly promise that. These are five local checks modelled on what detectors look at, and fixing them usually moves those detectors too — but the real goal is a caption that sounds like you to the person reading it.
What does it change automatically?
+
Invisible characters are removed, em dashes become commas, curly quotes become straight ones, and around 160 stock phrases are swapped for plain words or deleted — including Hinglish ones like 'video ko end tak zaroor dekhna'. Links are never touched.
What does it leave for me?
+
Sentence shapes — 'it's not just X, it's Y', lists of three, hashtag walls, every sentence the same length. Rewriting those needs judgement, so it points them out instead of mangling them.
